My love for pastry began when I was just 20 years old. What started as a passion for creating something beautiful from simple ingredients grew into a lifelong career in professional kitchens. I worked my way up through the industry, gaining experience in hotels and high-volume kitchens before earning the title of Executive Pastry Chef.

For me, baking is about craftsmanship, patience, and making people feel at home. Everything we create is made from scratch—from fresh breads, pies, tarts, and cheesecakes to custom wedding cakes and specialty desserts. If you can imagine it, we can create it.

I am proud to be American-born and of Greek descent, and my heritage is a meaningful part of who I am. Greek culture has taught me the value of family, hospitality, generosity, and gathering around great food. Those values are at the heart of every dessert, pastry, and celebration we are honored to be part of.
