Position Summary :

  • Leads the Shift.

  • Knows how to work every front of house position- drive thru, expo, front cashier and opens restaurant.

  • Responsible for maintaining customer service expectations per company policy.

  • Upselling desserts and specials.

  • Operates cash draw.

  • Adheres to all company policy's pertaining to food and safety.

Responsibilities and Duties: These essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Fill out Daily Game Plan for Each Shift
2. Pre shift meeting daily w/ your shift. Going over specials, new desserts and out of stock items.
3. Ensure customer service greet every guest as they enter, say good bye as they leave.
4. Product knowledge: meaning knowing all the ingredients in each menu item.
5. Upselling all specials and dessert's goal is 10 desserts daily.
6. Knows to how to open the restaurant.
7. Works every position in the FOH- such as expo, drive thru and front cashier.
8. Maintain restaurant cleanliness per daily cleaning tasks and weekly deep cleaning tasks.
9. Communicate guests request to management.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
11. Responsible for putting all orders away in their proper location.
12. Responsible for dinning room cleanliness.
13. Responsible for handling cash draws at end of shift.
14. Promote the bar and create new drinks for the bar.

Physical Demands and work environment:

  • Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high.

  • While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear and communicate with the guests.

  • The employee must occasionally lift or move 25 lbs. minimum.
